The Crossing Church presently has four full or part time staff members focusing on many areas of ministry such as teaching, administration, worship, spiritual growth, youth, and technical production, just to name a few. Timothy J. Chicola

Pastor Tim has been a part of The Crossing Church along with Marianne since 1987, serving in a number of capacities before being called to become senior pastor in 1995. He is a graduate of Northeastern Bible College (B.B.L.1980) Denver Seminary (M. Div.1985) and Gordon Conwell Seminary (D. Min. 2007). He came to faith during family devotions as a child. He and Marianne have been married since 1982 and have four children, Joseph, Kaitlin, Emily and Caroline.
Michael Petrillo

Mike Petrillo has attended The Crossing Church since 2000. He came to know Christ in 1994 though the witness of a friend and later went on to serve at Shiloh Bible Camp as a staff member. Mike completed his Bachelors degree in Religion at Liberty University in 2008. He has served at TCC as a youth group co-leader, Adventure Club and VBS assistant, and staff member at Café 222. Currently, he serves as church clerk, member of the building maintenance team, and leader of the duplication ministry, along with his staff position as our church Administrative Assistant.
Sabrina Anton

Sabrina has been attending The Crossing Church with her family for 6 years, during which she has been part of the youth group and worship team. She came to the Lord as a child during a Sunday School lesson, and, more recently, joined the staff at TCC as Worship Arts Leader in January of 2009. She graduated from Drew University with a major in Psychology and will begin her studies for her Masters Degree in Christian Counseling at Westminster Seminary in the Fall of 2010. Amidst her studies, she finds time to write music and sing.
Brad Ziffer

Brad came to The Crossing Church five years ago and has recently become an integral part in our music ministry, having joined our staff in 2010 as Worship Arts Assistant. Prior to joining us, he was involved in several local churches in and around New Jersey actively participating in leading and accompanying worship teams with his gifts of singing and playing. Brad continues to both write and produce music.
He became a follower of Christ around the age of 8 while attending Vacation Bible School. According to him, accepting Jesus as his Lord and Savior was the best decision he ever made. In 2006, Brad graduated from Montclair State University with a B.A. in Theatre Studies. “My goal is to be a light to both the secular and Christian entertainment industries and to be a true humanitarian, focusing especially on the needy and less fortunate.”
Santiago Tacoronte

Santiago has attended The Crossing Church for 10 years. He came to know Christ when he was 13 years old. Santiago has served the TCC community as an Adventure Club and VBS leader as well as a Sunday School Teacher and Deacon. He joined the TCC staff as leader of our Youth Ministries in May 2009. Santiago and Rasheeda have two children, Josh and Brianna.
