The Crossing Church presently has 9 full or part time staff members focusing on many areas of ministry such as teaching, administration, counseling, worship, spiritual growth, youth, and technical production, just to name a few. Timothy J. Chicola

Pastor Tim has been a part of The Crossing Church along with Marianne since 1987, serving in a number of capacities before being called to become senior pastor in 1995. He is a graduate of Northeastern Bible College (B.B.L.1980) Denver Seminary (M. Div.1985) and Gordon Conwell Seminary (D. Min. 2007). He came to faith during family devotions as a child. He and Marianne have been married since 1982 and have four children, Joseph, Kaitlin, Emily and Caroline.

Mike Petrillo has attended The Crossing Church since 2000. He came to know Christ in 1994 though the witness of a friend and later went on to serve at Shiloh Bible Camp as a staff member. Mike completed his Bachelors degree in Religion at Liberty University in 2008. He has served at TCC as a youth group co-leader, Adventure Club assistant, VBS assistant, Cafe 222 staff member, and Deacon. Currently, he serves as a member of the Building Maintenance Team, leads the duplication ministry, and is the church clerk along with his staff position as our church Office Manager.

Sabrina has been attending The Crossing Church with her family for 6 years, during which she has been part of the youth group and worship team. She came to the Lord as a child during a Sunday School lesson, and, more recently, joined the staff at TCC as Worship Arts Leader in January of 2009. She graduated from Drew University with a major in Psychology and is currently pursuing her Masters Degree in Christian Counseling at Westminster Seminary. Amidst her studies, she finds time to write music and sing.

Lee has lived in New Jersey for five years having moved from Texas where she served as Director of Children’s Ministry at a church just north of Dallas. She and her husband Doug began attending The Crossing in late fall of 2009, joining our staff in September of 2010. Loving the Lord, loving children, and helping them know and love the Lord Jesus are her passions. She committed her life to the Lord during a Bible Study when she was 27 and has been involved in children’s ministry ever since, serving churches in California, Washington, Iowa, Nebraska, and Texas. In addition to her work at The Crossing, Lee and Doug founded Everlasting Arms Ministries where they share Christ through joyful programs of music, storytelling, puppets, and gospel illusion.
