Dance & Praise Fitness
Our Dance & Praise Fitness is held in our gym on Tuesday nights at 7pm with mental stretching, Friday nights at 7:45pm with D&P Low Intensity work-out, and Saturday mornings at 10am with D&P High Intensity.
